(at around 1h 35 mins) When Peter Parker calls MJ on the phone and gets her answering machine, the Green Goblin answers and he taunts Peter calling him Spider-man. This is all being recorded by the answering machine, so MJ might listen to it and discover that Peter is Spider-man. But not if Goblin erased the message immediately after the call, which is what most likely happened.
