In the final confrontation with Tapia outside Guantanamo Bay, Marcus uses a two-tone SIG 226 and is clearly shown holding it when he is standing with his hands in the air. The moment he begins his roll, he appears to be holding a different weapon. When he comes up to take the shot on Tapia, the gun is clearly shown to have changed into a Glock 19.
