When Ned fakes his drowning, when he is brought to the dock, they are on the RIGHT side (looking out from the lifeguard chair as point of reference) of the dock. When the reverse POV (watcher from the woods) is show, Ned and the rest of the counselors are on the LEFT side of the dock.
