As the American tanks advance line abreast across the field in the early battle, just after the quote "OK, start squirting that tree line, let's light 'em up, let's go!" green lines left by a modern combine harvester can be seen running perpendicular to the tanks' line of travel. (The green lines are small seeds and weed seeds blown out of the back of the combine as it cleans the grain sample). During WW2, all the thrashing and cleaning would have been away from the field.
