As the evil dead army are attacking the Castle, Arthur is hit in the back by 2 arrows, as he is, the padding under his armor is visible. Also, when Evil Ash knocks out Arthur (Right before Evil Ash says "Oops!"), Arthur slumps against a wall and slides down, as he does the arrows in his back should penetrate further into his body, but they bend as though made of rubber.
