(at around 48 mins) When the Fat Lady is missing from the picture, and Dumbledore is coming to examine it, Filch is close behind him. As they approach the painting, you can see Filch's cat (Mrs. Norris) with her real green eyes, instead of the red eyes the cat is supposed to have in the movie.
