In the bar scene towards the beginning, the Terminator throws one of the bikers into the kitchen and onto a hot grill. He seems to pause there for half a second and then screams out in pain. A human's withdrawal reflex would not allow for this. He would be off that grill a lot faster than he did in the movie and although he would still be burned, it would not be as severe as shown with his face all melted.
