*Spoilers* Steven Howard figures out that Victor played a recording of his radio broadcast that allowed him to take an earlier train home. This destroys his alibi for the murder of Roslyn. If that were so, the radio station crew would easily be able to testify that he wasn't at the station when the murder occurred, so his alibi was very weak.
