In the final offering scene right before turning back to Babylon, Alexander and Hephaestion are both reasonably recovered from severe wounds they suffered during the battle of Hydaspes. However, fresh injuries can be seen on many characters' faces even though no other battle fought after Hydaspes has been mentioned. These minor injuries would have disappeared by the time it took for deeper wounds to heal.
