Two times in the movie the ISS is shown orbiting Earth east to west. In reality, the ISS follows a circular orbit west to east at an angle of 51.6 degrees to the Equator.
However this is space, so there's no particular reason to believe the audience is looking at it in a traditional 'North-is-up' orientation.
The major thing they DID get wrong is at the 91 minute mark, when we see the station ROTATING around its' direction of movement (and at a significant rate). The station DOES rotate, but only once per orbit (93 minutes), and only pitch ... to keep the same attitude in relation to the Earth's horizon (so a window facing the Earth is ALWAYS facing the Earth [rather than facing space half the time], and the meteor shielding and solar panels are always facing the correct direction).
