During the fight with the fire hose, Frank throws the hose at the guy going up the stairs and you can see the hose wrap once around the escaping bad guys right ankle. When Frank pulls on the hose and drags the villain down the stairs, the hose now has a knot in it to keep the hose wrapped on his leg. When the villain gets to the bottom of the steps, the knot is gone and the hose is once again just wrapped once around his leg.
