When Percy, Grover and Annabeth arrive in Las Vegas, they drive past the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada" sign, indicating that they're going north up the Las Vegas Strip to get to the Lotus Casino. Directly after they pass the Fremont Street Experience on their right, Percy, looking straight ahead, says, "Oop. There it is. Lotus Casino." while they are obviously still going up Main Street, which suggests that the Lotus Casino is directly on the northernmost edge of Downtown Las Vegas, facing south. However, later, when Percy, Grover and Annabeth escape the casino, right after they drive out of the casino, they are seen driving out of the alleyway right between the Casino Royale and Harrah's Las Vegas, and directly across the street from Caesars Palace, which suggests that the casino is somewhere behind the Casino Royale.
