When Jimmy is shot - looks to be in the face - he ends up on the sidewalk lying mostly on his left side & legs slightly bent, yet only seconds later after Eddie has gotten in Mike's Cadillac Eldorado & they leave, Jimmy is positioned in the classic "neat layout" so common in fictional depictions - lying completely flat ("prone position") with legs straight out & arms bent at the elbows in a perfect triangle.
