Thor and Zeus refers to Zeus' son as Hercules. Zeus is the Greek name, Jupiter in Roman, while Hercules is the Roman name of Heracles. The Greek and Roman names would never be used interchangeably like this. Nearly all movies do this because his Roman name is much more recognizable in pop culture and is a sensible marketing choice. It's also the name of the character as spelt in the comics.
