Some other contributors have mentioned the '62 Ford in the NASA parking lot in a scene set in 1961. There were many other cars in the lot that were wrong for the time. These are a green '62 Chevrolet Nova, a white '63 Mercury Comet and worst of all, a '68 - '73 Mercedes-Benz 280 that had side marker lights, a feature that was not even heard of in 1961.
