When Karen breaks down the door, the shadow of the rope tied to the overhead beam is seen. The shadow is cast on the very bottom of the door. This is impossible because the beams are higher than the top of the windows in the room. The sunlight would have to come through the roof to cast a shadow like that. The next shot shows the shadow of the lower part of Martha's body cast against the same wall with her feet above the floor. This is more accurate.
