During the chess game, when Dodd "allegedly" blocks Wynn's Queen check, he moves Bishop to Queen's Knight 7 (B-qN7) but actually places the bishop on Queen's Knight 6. There is no possible move at the time for him to place a White bishop on the Queen's Knight 7 square.
