Casanova is a story set in 1762 Venice. But, when Casanova sees a virgin being carried around and say: "Lupo, we have had a vision!", the statue of the Virgin being carried around is the Virgin of Lourdes; which corresponds to the visions of Bernadette Soubirous in 1858".
