At 1hr 13 minutes when Stanley is in the jail cell he places toilet paper on the toilet seat. Then he notices Tina being chased in the alley. Then he gets his dog Milo to jump up to his jail cell window opening. At 1:16:27 after he has Milo, he lowers him to the floor. But now the toilet seat no longer has toilet paper on it.
