(at around 1h 20 mins) When Freddy appears after Nancy yells at him to come out and show himself, he is wearing his hat. Previously, Nancy had pulled Freddy's hat out of her dream at the clinic. In the next scene, as Nancy is being chased down the staircase by Freddy, his hat has disappeared.
