After Josh goes back to being "little" again, when he is walking home with Billy with leaves all around, there is nobody else in sight, but there is an extra behind a tree on the left waiting for her cue. A few seconds later when Billy and Josh are halfway down, the extra emerges from behind the tree and walks to the other side of the street.
