When Duncan wakes Lucy up by chopping wood outside her window, her excuse for sleeping later was "jet lag." However, if she had just returned from the UK, that would have meant that she moved back in time 5 hours; therefore, she should have been up way earlier.
They also ignore the time difference during all the calls between Lucy and her assistant.
