When Annie wakes up in the closet with her hair tied to the pipe, she reaches up and grabs a wire clothes hanger to use as a weapon. She bends it in half with the top still curved in a circular shape. (Not a very effective weapon at that point) She then stabs Charles/Judas with it in the side, and when he pulls it out of his body the clothes hanger is in a totally different shape, the curved part is gone and now it's a dangerous looking point, with the curved part gone.
