According to the Will of old man Rupert Horn, Monty must get full value for his money for anything he buys. Using an extremely valuable $1,250,000 stamp to mail a postcard, which is 14 cents postage, is not getting full value for his money. That is like buying Picassos and using them for firewood -- Monty must not destroy what is inherently valuable, that's instant disqualification.
