During the trap with the two men and the chain winder towards the beginning of the movie, the weapon that the man in the white shirt uses changes . If you watch from about 7:40, you can see each of them lying on the floor before they're touched and they change between cuts. The man with his eyes stitched picks up a crowbar and it stays the same. Then the man with his mouth stitched picks up a weapon that's a multi-tool with a hatchet on one side, square mallet on the other, and pry bar coming out of the top. During the sequence, that weapon changes to a small hand mallet with symmetrical sides. It can be clearly seen in a few profile shots noticeably because there's two symmetrical hammer/sledge sides, no hatchet, and a smooth top. It switches back to the 3 sided multi-tool when he tosses it at the other man a moment later.
