(at around 16 mins) After Brad is killed, a shot of the dashboard shows 101440.2 miles on the vehicle. After driving on for quite awhile, and after Frank is killed, when Marion starts driving (at around 1h 13 mins), another shot of the dashboard shows only 101441.1 miles. However, since time is stopped on the 'road', and they seem to repeatedly come across the same landmarks, it is well in the spirit of the film for the mileage to have stopped, or slowed down as well.
