Right after Jack steals the Stick, Allen asks the security guards to search them. He then says "Okay, I want to run full diagnostics on the system" and the guards proceed to do so. However, running a full test on the system would report the chip missing and the Horsemen would be quickly caught. Nevertheless, this is brushed over in the film and the "diagnostics test" is not mentioned again.
