In the "Getting To Know You" number, where Anna is referring to a wall map of the world showing how England and Siam are both relatively small countries, the map is an American map in the sense that it's of the kind wherein North and South America are in the middle and the Eurasian land mass is split into two, each half on opposite sides of the map. More appropriate would be a British map with the Americas on the left and with Eurasia and Africa on the right.
