Rex Kramer arrives at the airport with no eye-wear. When he enters the TA Dispatch office and meets McCroskey, he's now wearing sunglasses. As he removes the sunglasses, they drop out of camera shot, and re-enter the picture with the sunglasses stems upside-down both times. (Subtle, deliberate shtick.)
