At 43 mins and 45 seconds as the hobbits are hiding under the treat roots, the horse appears above them. However, if you look at the top right hand corner of the screen the horse does not pass this point but pops out to he left of the tree whilst the hoof clops lead you to believe it is walking a continuous path above them.
