(at around 50 mins) The T-800 states that Sarah Connor's casket is filled with weapons, including many automatic weapons that are illegal to own privately in the United States, in accordance with her will. A will is a legal document and thus cannot contain instructions to do anything illegal. If a will does contain illegal instructions, those instructions cannot be followed. Somebody may have illegally put weapons in Sarah's casket in accordance with her stated last *wishes* but it would certainly not have been in accordance with her will.
