The clothes that Ripley wears in the cryo chamber at the end of the original film have a red border along the collar opening that is missing from her clothes at the beginning of this film, as well as bigger sleeves. The position of the clothes is also slightly different than it was in Alien, with the collar being pulled more closed than before.
