(at around 1h 45 mins) When the T-Rex escapes from the ship, and into the US Customs center before heading towards San Diego, it walks by a window filled with people acting as if nothing happened - despite a barge crashing into the dock, screaming people, and a roaring T-Rex with thunderous footsteps passing by.
