About 43 minutes into the film Hutch has breakfast with his family before leaving to work and have bruises all over his face. In the next scene he is at work with completely clean face without any injuries visible. Same goes for the bus ride he take after the work - no bruises on his face either. Bruises appear again in the next scene, when he visits the barber.
