When Eisenhower is providing a briefing for Churchill, the King and Queen of England, and others, the U.S. flag is hung vertically on the wall with the blue field and stars at the upper right. It should be at the upper left, which seems backwards but that's the way the flag should be displayed. When television covers the U.S. Congress, the flag can be seen displayed properly.
