There was only one World Series game in which Babe Ruth homered and Gehrig hit two homers - the third game of the 1932 Series vs. the Cubs.[However, it is stated in the opening credits: Except where true names are knowingly used, the characters herein and many incidents are fictional. Any resemblance between them and actual events and characters is coincidental.]
