(at around 31 mins) When the First Lady is at the hotel and on her cell phone you can see bright sunlight pouring into the lobby through the windows. This would be impossible with the giant spaceship hovering above, blocking the sun. The scenes at the White House after the aliens' arrival show the same goof.
