(at around 47 mins) When Kevin's truck rear-ends Frankie's car, the overhead shot shows the engine departing the truck and flying forward over the back half of Frankie's car. In the next shot, this time from the right hand side, you see the engine once again shoot out of the truck, and fly forward over Frankie's car.
