At 19 mins: When Skids and Mudflap enter the military hangar to upgrade from the ice-cream truck, they get to choose between becoming a Chevy Beat and a Chevy Trax. Skids chooses the Chevy Beat, which already has his name on the license plate. However, given the lower intelligence of these two robots the military may have already had their names on the plates in order to avoid the fight that happened anyway (the fight of who was going to be what car).
