The film is supposed to be set in Washington State. However, in the beginning a train is shown crossing in front of the town and the crossing reads "RAILWAY CROSSING." In the United States all rail crossings are labeled " RAILROAD CROSSING."
The film was obviously made in Canada.
It is also plainly obvious the train is a Canadian Pacific locomotive.
