When Peter is carrying his children away from Hook's ship to leave Neverland, Hook starts running after him, threatening to always "leave daggers with notes bearing the name Hook" and then he stops at the top of the ramp. In the closeup he is waving his hooked hand as he shouts after Peter, but in the next shot he is waving his right hand forward, holding his sword outwards.
