When Frank pulls along the left side of the private jet, the thrust deflectors are deployed. These are the semi-cylindrical units on the back of a jet engine that deflect the jet blast forward when slowing down on a runway and would only be used because the plane was running out of runway towards the end of the shot. In other shots, the engines are in taxi / take-off mode.
