When Christopher Lloyd's character is unloading/reloading his shotgun after the retreating inside the factory with Bob Odenkirk, during his speech, he opens the break action double barrel (side-by-side) shotgun, and pulls out the two spent shells. As he continues on his speech, without changing guns, he then tosses another (a third) spent shell. That style shotgun's capacity is only two shells. That third was a continuity error.
