President Whitmore's group when they get to Area 51 consists of President Whitmore, David, Connie, Julius, General Gray, Patricia, and Nimziki. However, there are also five other White House staff members (three men and two women) with them who appear throughout the rest of the film. These five staffers were never shown getting on the President's helicopter and, given the short amount of time that President Whitmore and the other six got aboard and took off, would not have boarded in time and would have had to have taken the second helicopter, which was incinerated as it took off when the White House was destroyed. How did these five staffers make it to Air Force One?
