(at around 1h 22 mins) Right before the Thanksgiving dinner, Spider-Man and the Goblin get in a fight in a burning building. In the outside shots of the burning building, the green leaves on the trees clearly indicate that it is summer time in New York. After the Thanksgiving dinner, Aunt May is attacked by the Goblin. In the outside shots of her home, once again all the trees are green.
