When Dr. Michaels is trapped in the bubble cockpit of the sub after crashing into the nerve fibers towards, the end of the film and Grant goes in to rescue him, a large white antibody is shown forming round the cockpit bubble and in the next scene its shown moving over Dr. Michaels head, yet no explanation is shown as to how it got through the extremely thick glass or perspex bubble as they are usually very thick and strong to withstand atmospheric pressure, it would've been impossible for the antibody to just push through the bubble in mere seconds especially without any breakage fragments or noise associated with this.
