When Harry is showing Eggsy the weapons in Fitting Room 3, he mentions that the poison on the shoe blade is one of the fastest-acting Neurotoxins in the world. Later on when he cuts Gazelle with it, her skin seems to rot and turn green almost immediately. The deterioration of her skin cells points to this poison actually being a necrotoxin not a neurotoxin. Necrotoxins affect the skin cells, neurotoxins affect the brain and nervous system.
