It's mentioned that Naomi Wildman is the first human born in the Delta quadrant. But in Star Trek: Voyager: The 37's(#2.1) an entire planet is inhabited by humans who were not only born there, but several generations before them, going back to 1937 (hence the title) . So, the children of the people who were brought to that planet would have been the first humans born in the Delta Quadrant, before anyone on Voyager at all was even born.
