After Mr. Big has been placed down onto his desk, his chair slightly changes its position towards the edge of the desk and back to its former place during the conversation. This can be best seen at the cracks on the desk between him and the edge.Then to the left of Mr.Big there lies with a little distance a magnifier on the table. When Nick kisses Mr.Big's ring, the magnifier is suddenly lying behind him.
