At the last third point of the movie, while sitting outside the courthouse, Garabedian explains to Rezendes why the documents the Globe is petitioning to see are already publicly available. Rezendes grabs up his briefcase and papers and starts running across the street to the library in a mad dash. He arrives at the library door suddenly not carrying anything at all as he is rushing in.
